5 week introductory ballet course for Silver Swans (65+).
A beginner level ballet course, suitable for those with no, or little, previous ballet experience, aged 65 years plus. Taught by Dr Rachel Evelyn Ward, a Registered Teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), a licensed RAD Silver Swans Teacher and Accredited Exercise Scientist.
